Don’t buy anything from this store, I am in the middle of taking them to civil court. We brought a bedroom set , and they sent us the wrong one and now want to charge us more money to switch it to the correct one. Which we paid$1300 cash. We order the brown set, and received a black set which is noting like what we order. Hate this store

I had a great experience at Dubai furniture. I was moving into a new apartment and came here to get a couple items but was on a budget. Tommy helped me find everything I needed plus more and fit it into my budget. He made sure I was satisfied with everything I bought. The delivery was on time and they even went out of their way to fit everything through our small doorway. Their prices are unbeatable and the quality is the same as the big named stores. I BEG YOU NOT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY AT DUBAI FURNITURE! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE BEAUTIFUL FURNITURES THEY DISPLAY. THAT'S WHAT FOOLED ME! Several reasons why I say don't do business with them. They lied for months that they will replace my damaged furniture which was all lies. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I wanted to cancel my order before delivery. And they deliveried the furniture ANYWAYS... Now I got the bedroom set and its too big for the room and the mattress is too small for the frame. When I went back with pictures of the room. I was told by their manager that they dont cancel or exchange items that were already delivered. But on their receipt it says 25% cancellation fee.. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!! I had put in a order for a Italian table set. They told me it would take at least two weeks to come so when ordering it the owner said to pay with cash that it would be better for them. I already knew some companies scam this way so I decided to pay with credit. It is going to be a month and they have no clue when my table will arrive.
