Ali sold me what has turned out to be a piece of junk. This Prius V has been nothing but problems since I got it. I traded in a perfectly working Subaru Outback for this Prius V, and honestly, that was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I will give Ali credit for putting in some effort and trying to make things right, but unfortunately, the mechanic he used did a terrible job.
