If you live in the area or the area is close to work you HAVE to tryout the classes here and they just expanded. This is my second year of Karate and it has really made a positive impact in my life. Now for the fitness part of it its amazing and it really teaches you so much and not just in terms of kicking and punching but in fact opening your mind to understand so much more about yourself.
