Unfortunately I had a serious matter which "Attorney" Duarte mishandled. It seems he was more concerned about underhandedly obtaining custody of his children from their mother so he would not have to pay child support at the time to properly attend to this matter. Be wary about trusting Attorney Duarte, he has some issues. Also he has a review on here from a Bonnie Stone but that is his girlfriend's sister. Also his reputation with the courts and bar is so bad you may want to just go pro se if you can't find someone else.

Back in March/April 2023 I reached out to Jesse Duarte to help with a wrongful termination/wage & sex discrimination case against a former employer.
