Great Experience – My boy broke a window on the house that was probably 50 years old. Jay not only cut the glass to fit, but gave me detailed directions on handling the irreplaceable hardware that held the glass in! I would have really been in a bad situation without his help. I highly recommend this shop!
Duarte Glass Co. – RUDE, that is all I have to say. I am so glad that the person before me who rated this place got a good experience but the guy that answered my phone call was a capital A ______-you can fill in the blank.
Old School Glass Shop. – This glass shop recalls the days when stores would specialize with a specific trade, and do a darn good job at it. No, it's not home depot, but home depot won't offer to cut something custom or offer knowledgeable advice about what kind of glass to use. I've had glass and mirror cut here many times. My grandmother's antique tray had the mirror broken. I walked up, and showed them the piece of mirror and the tray and asked if they could cut something to restore this piece.
