Illegally dumped an RV on our street, blocking access to a business's driveway onto a street; the woman on the phone very rudely lied about San Leandro PD telling them to do so. The driver was laughing and palling around with the occupant of the RV. We have enough issues in Oakland without other cities sending us their trash. Shame on this company for its behavior and actions.
