After our house fire, Duarte construction took excellent care of us. We chose them because they were contracted with our local fire department for that first night. From our first contact with Layla who helped us retrieve precious items that first night in the house to Camie our project manager, the whole team made us feel like our house was their priority. They did an excellent job and finished the whole repair (after a 2 month pause for the fire inspection), over a month before their contracted end date.
Hands down, the BEST construction company ever. After my home fire, Duarte Construction showed up during one of the most emotional and vulnerable times of my life and immediately went to work before I had even signed a contract. The day after my house caught on fire, Layla came to do the board up and that’s when she told me the process and about her company Duarte. After hearing what was involved, I knew I would be going with Duarte. I met Ramon, but I always kept in contact with Layla. She helped me through the whole process. I had the opportunity to work with Duarte after a house fire in July of 2024. Not only were they very responsive and good at communicating, they made the process of working with the insurance company a lot smoother. Jose was a great point of contact and I was seamlessly passed to Billy (project manager), who took over the rest of the restoration process.
