Paid her for 2 different cases & she dropped the ball big time on both& when I voiced my concerns she withdrew from the case instead of actually doing the job she was paid to do. Anytime I called, her Paralegal would say she would have her call me but she never did. Anytime I sent an email, the Paralegal would usually email back saying forwarded but of course there was never any reply.
