Great service, good price, friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommended to others.
Phoned and politely asked for a copy of the work they had done on my bike. A very angry and rude man tells me it’s my fault I lost it and unwilling to check their records as it’s too much hassle for him unless I know the exact date it happened. Appalling customer service. Kept going on tangents about things unrelated to my question and saying I could have done things to my bike since the work they did. All I wanted was a copy of the work they had done. Nothing else!
