Fair and honest. What else could you ask for concerning a mechanic? Will definitely use again! Just got the brakes in my vehicle done and once again, amazing quality work and a very reasonable price. The owner and the employees really care about you and your vehicle. This is a rare find in the vehicle maintenance world, they are a HEB treasure!
Replaced my water pump and engine was still running hot (forgot to bleed the cooling system). Took it to them to get it diagnosed and had it out within the day. Fast and honest work with great prices! Would recommend and go again!
I can tell you Duane is great. Since the first time going there I've been back for oil changes and maintenance. The feeling I got when meeting him and the confidence I had leaving him my car. I could tell he is honest with what's wrong and how much it was going to be. I could tell he wasn't jerking me around trying to pad the quote. Trustworthy, Quick, Affordable and Friendly! Duane’s really came in clutch for me! I was traveling through the Dallas/Fort Worth area and am not a local. The radiator on my truck split and I had it towed to Duane’s. They had it repaired within 5 hours and gave me a very fair price, not taking advantage of the out of towner. Duanes Automotive is a real class act.
