We had a very positive experience with Dr. Superneau and his staff. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. He was very thorough with his exam and explanation of his findings. He included us in the plan and geared us in the right direction when we had questions. He left options on the table if we feel like we want to further investigate but did not push unnecessary tests. I felt heard by him and my concerns were well addressed. It’s obvious he loves what he does and I’m happy we found him.
Great doctor. Spent 2 hours with me!
Dr Superneau loves his job, but I’m not sure I love him at it. He spoke AT me for two hours, and asked numerous questions he knew I didn’t have answers for. He didn’t do the genetic test I was referred to him for; attempted to gaslight me into a number of pathologies that are impossible to confirm with the amount of information he had access to and did not read. Dr. Superneau loves what he does, and so does his staff. Thats the first impression you get. They are thorough in learning about patient. But the greatest quality of my experience was, although my son made it hard to pay attention bc of his anxiety, was that he is amazing at explaining something so complicated. If you are seeking genetic counseling. Look so further, this is where u want to go.
I brought my granddaughter to him for testing on a genetic problem. He spend as much time as we needed with him, almost 1 and 1/2 hours. He made her feel at ease and joked with her. Not many doctors do that. I recommend him to everyone. They need MORE doctor like him around.
