I hired Duane Rinkes about 11 years ago to help me build a home. I had a concrete company pour a 52' X 82' concrete pad for my building. Before my brand new concrete could completely harden, Duane drove a bobcat loader over it and did lots of damage. When I complained to him, he got a real attitude about it and this was after I had already paid him tens of thousands in CASH for other work he had done for me on this job.
