These are the rudest, most incompetent, mean people I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with and its every single time regardless of who assists me. I think being a horrible person is a prerequisite
STAY AWAY. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with across the city and Brooklyn when I lived there. I have gone to see them in person 5 to 6 times about my prescription and every single time the story changes. They blamed the insurance I called it was a none issue. They blamed the clinic I called it was a non issue. 3 weeks later (after I was assured yesterday it should be ready yesterday evening or at most this morning) I spoke to the same pharmacist she was blank in the face and says it’s out of stock, and... read more
Picked up medications at 11 AM. Was told to come back in “twenty minutes” for the remaining. At 5 PM the order was still not ready. 10 AM the next morning I get a call that it’s out of stock for three days.
Super rude and unhelpful staff.
Rude pharmacy staff that unfortunately appears to have no idea what they’re doing. I do not feel comfortable trusting them with filling a prescription because there always seems to be a holdup or complication. Avoid this pharmacy and go elsewhere if you value your comfort and time.
