I am very disappointed in the pharmacy service. I was on hold for over a half an hour and when they finally picked up, they put the phone down on the counter. Absolutely disgraceful.
The pharmacy is hostile and unhelpful.
Frequently does not have medication. Can order. Sometimes comes next day. Not always.
This is a pharmacy that sends you the wrong medication doesn’t apologize hangs up on you and then leaves you hanging with no medication. That’s healthcare for you.
These are the rudest, most incompetent, mean people I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with and its every single time regardless of who assists me. I think being a horrible person is a prerequisite
