Clearly ZERO sense of professionalism, or duty of care to patients, from the pharmacists here. My prescription was sent on Friday, and they didn’t bother to fill it until Sunday afternoon—and by the time I was able to get there to pick it up (had to trudge a bit over a mile through the big Jan. 25th snowstorm that is still ongoing as I type this) they had CLOSED EARLY! EVERY time I come here there is an issue with my prescription. It's always 3 hurdles to jump through. The staff can never explain the "insurance issue." One time they actually told me that my doctor canceled the prescription for a medication that I have been on for 20 years. I verified with my doctor who said he absolutely NEVER canceled that script. Not only they are unresponsive to patients when you try to call and check for a refill status, they are also unresponsive to nearby pharmacies that are kindly trying to get your prescription transferred for you so they can actually fulfill the order from your doctor. Awful service.
