I had a disappointing experience at this store. The shelf price for a Sally Hansen product clearly showed $9.29 with a promotion, but at checkout I was charged $15.99 for each item. When I brought the receipt back and tried to explain the price difference, the staff said it was because of a barcode issue and basically dismissed the concern instead of helping resolve it. I hate this Walgreen! Poorly stocked, long lines, just very messy. This is a terrible store. The ones in Manhattan are much better.
Excellent customer service. Wide selection of products. Products always available. Great sales and promotions. Courteous staff. Amazing beauty department. Helpful beauty advisers. Overall excellent experience
