Buen servicio
Very rude on the phone - said my prescription would be ready when I came in (and then it wasn’t) and hung up on me before I finished the conversation. Line was very long and only had one worker.
Had to wait for 30 min while prescription was sent out earlier. Not efficient, poor customer service. Expect delays.
Okay, They need to update their pharmacy hours or send messages to their guest especially if they need to pick up a prescription. I stopped by this morning at 9 to pick it up because I needed it for a doctors appointment and they were closed. The team told me they didn’t have anybody for saturdays and were hiring. If I had known this wednesday when I stopped by I would’ve made effort to pick up friday. I don’t live in the city, a heads up would’ve been appreciated.
