This store has some of the most incompetent staff I've ever encountered. Prescriptions aren't ready on time, the staff are slow, lazy and barely alive. I can't believe they manage to remain in business. Duane Reade should do the world a favor and just shutter the place, or fire everyone who works there and start over again.
I come here regularly and tonight was the first time I was followed. Imagine being on your period and trying to buy pads but someone is treating you like a criminal as soon as you step inside? No one gave the white, sketchy man the same treatment. I've literally seen a white man steal beer from this location during the day and he wasn't followed.
They intentionally ignore calls. They mis mark things in the system that aren’t pending or under review, instead they are out of things. But that results in chasing them down to find that out which can take days because of no phone response.
