Yesterday July 26 around 9:20pm i was buying my items and then when i almost left Duane reade the store clerk ran right behind me and took the umbrella out my backpack without saying nothing i told him what happened he accused me of stealing. had the umbrella for months and i told him to call the manager and he refused. He's in the wrong position
Me and my husband have very good experience with the pharmacist Mr. Addissew , who is sincere and knowledgeable and helps to get the medications on time . Thank you for your service .
Very disappointing experience. The pharmacy staff member was extremely rude and dismissive, as if we owed her something. I waited a long time for my medication with no explanation or resolution. Completely unprofessional behavior.
THE ABSOLUTE MOST INCOMPETRNT AND LAZY PHARMACY DEPT! Rude and selfish and I’m still on hold for over 12 minutes and just had a medical procedure and need to fill a prescription asap. But pharmacist and their “techs” are slow, incompetent and it’s now almost 15 min and I’m still on hold. Maybe if they spent less time on their personal cell phones , they may help someone.
