Unfortunately, 2 Rite Aid Pharmacies closed in my neighborhood. My husband and I now have to use this Duane Reade. My surgeon's office called for 3 days before getting someone on the phone. My dentist also called, left a message early on a Fri. No one returned his call. He called again, trying for more than an hour to get someone to answer the phone. The people in the store are nice but trying to get a prescription filled at this location is very difficult. If you need a prescription filled quickly, go elsewhere.

There was an Indian woman that was working as a cashier. I tried paying through coins, but she got frustrated and started yelling at me. Very unprofessional, clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. Another one of the workers had to eventually come in because she couldn’t count coins. The incompetence the staff have here is unbelievable.

Went in to get fiber supplement the other day and the staff was unhelpful. The pharmacist didn’ help me on why I needed the fiber supplement and getting no answers was extremely disappointing. At that point what is the difference from me talking to a bot. The bit would be more helpful honestly.
