Have been buying at Duane read for many years but never used their pharmacy. I have been trying for two days to fill my prescription and every time I go there they are missing my insurance information again or do not have the exact dose that was prescribed, etc. no body calls me or text me so I have to go all the way there and wait online to find out . Staff is very unprofessional. They wanted me to tell them why this medication is being prescribed. I’m not talking about pharmacist. I would think it’s none of their business.... read more
The pharmacy is excellent, however the work staff is horrible, not trained for directions to products, nor know information. Last, i asked to use the restroom, and was not allowed. Disgrace! The Employee i can clearly see, didn't want to be bothered. I went inside later in the evening and another Employee said the restroom was and has been fine. They also need security. Too much theft, and no one even calls the police, or say anything. Id rather go to CVS, or Rid Aid
