Walked in the south entrance, went back to the register to pay only to discover theyve locked the south entrance and arent letting anyone out or in, have to go to the north entrance on the other side of the block...stop punishing your non-shoplifting customers.
Purposefully slow
There is no Duane Reade at this location! This is an inaccurate address. I went here and walked around in a circle looking for it, the people at the address said it's on 57th and 3rd.
We needed help and we proceeded to ask a girl who was stacking products and she completely ignored us , then I asked her again, and she answered with a really bad actitud and high tone “I told you I was going to call someone, can you give me a minute”, If you want bad customer service and disrespectful employees come here they should teach them some basic manners!
