There are always long waits despite multiple staff members seemingly doing nothing, multiple times where they forget prescriptions or don’t tell you that it’s out of stock, and orders are constantly “not ready” despite being placed multiple days beforehand. Avoid this pharmacy and support a local small business
In exchange for a “convenient” location you’re met with the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a pharmacy. There is no service in the waiting area, their system is always broken or something is out of stock. Management needs to fix this
It is genuinely unfathomable how slow this pharmacy is even when you call ahead a day in advance it’s often still not ready and then they forget to call your name after they tell you to wait so prepare to take the initiative on that… also lol good luck calling and trying to speak with a pharmacist because you are probably looking at an hour wait
