Used him for a no fault divorce. Laziest lawyer in the entire world. My ex husband never got served even though I paid for it, they tell me 2 months later that it came back in the mail. He was almost NEVER in his office, and when I needed my money back (since I ended up settling with my ex and his lawyer) it took almost 9 months. I called everyday for months, usually no answer or his secretary didnt know when he would be in. I paid 975 for him to do nothing and got 250 back.

i was appointed Mr. Duane Graeff. Let me tell you alot of appointed attorneys dont work for you they just plead out your case. Well he was no different. In fact he was worse than most appointed. He very very seldom answers his calls. He has his office help screen the calls and then lie to you and tell you he is in with a client if he is in his office. I have read all the reviews and everybody paints bad impression of Duane but his not if you cannot get a hold him remember he has other cases and that would be many everyone should be patient with working an attorney it usually takes times to sort avenues to get to a solution that is best for both parties in my case I was guilty we both knew that but since he knew what punishment I would be receiving 6 months in jail or possible 5 years probations with early release as long as restutions was serve or paid off in full I also ... read more

What can I say thats not already been said? His saving grace is the fact that there are virtually no attorneys in killeen who deal with landlord/tenant issues, especially for the tenants... I made the BIG mistake of paying his \$700 retainer in full at the beginning of this back in June of 2009 just to get it out of the way. BIG mistake. I find it amazing how easy it is to get through, talk to his secretary and get an appointment with him when they smell money coming, once they cash that money, you might have a better chance... read more

Well where do I start.. This is the WORST LAWYER IN LIFE. My fiance had this lawyer for a crimial trial and my oh my. He NEVER returned his calls and didnt call him back ever. My fiance ended up getting a 180days in jail, away from his kids and away from his schooling he was due to graduate in February 2010. Not that duane took that into consideration..We have had his mother call and no answer we have had his pastor call and no answer. This is ridiculous here we have a lawyer that is suppose to help people but this attorney ... read more
