Two years later and my 5 star review still holds true! I submitted my 5 star review two years ago and just happened to come across it while looking through my reviews.
Intelli-health appointment went very well despite initial start up problems with pop up blockers. Dr. Banks is very caring and very understanding of the ups and downs of everyday life and how it affects people suffering from mental health issues. He REALLY listens to the patient. He offers suggestions and is not quick to prescribe meds. Dr. Banks has been wonderful!
Dr. Banks listens well to all my concerns. He voices many ideas of which way we can go in my treatment. I find him very knowledgeable. He is always very curious. The receptionist is very polite and are always able to find a time slot that works for me. I recommend this doctor office.
Dr Banks was very understanding and helpful.
