Went for annual check up as a new patient 10 min. with Dr. Johnson and lab blood work. One month later got a bill from the lab stating my insurance won't cover it. Insurance representative told me that it's been coded not as annual check up (preventive) and it's need to be recoded. Trying to reach anyone at the office 3d week, left voismail, 3 emails sent from Lutheran Clinic client support, sent massage through Lutheran Health Network.....nothing in response.This is bizarre.
