Dr. Hanzel was dismissive of questions/concerns, showed no ability to improve my condition and displayed an arrogance that made it impossible for me to continue my treatment with him. Coincidentally, after receiving treatment elsewhere, the issue I was seeing him for over the course of several months ended up being resolved in just a few weeks. I'll never let him treat me nor my family, and I would strongly urge anyone who considers seeing him to seek care elsewhere.
They are friendly and nice to each other and to me.
