The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. I would not recommend making an appointment at this office. I’m trying to schedule a follow-up with an orthopedic, as I was instructed to do, but it’s difficult when I can’t get past a rude employee just to make an appointment. I’m honestly not sure how some receptionists in doctors’ offices keep their jobs these days. There seems to be no standard for treating patients with basic respect, and it’s clear when someone doesn’t want to do their job.

He's an awesome Dr. I've visited many doctors. He's so far my favorite. He is also competent and so is his staff.
Now I very seldom retract a positive post. But I'm very disappointed. I think that a doctor has an obligation to inform a patient that they have done surgery on know they no longer take their OWCP. Maybe even refer them to another. A letter would've done the job if they couldn't call. Having to call and find out is sad.
