I talked with Dr. Eng before my first visit. He asked me my insurance data, and told me that my insurance will cover my full mouth images. So, I had my full mouth images in the first visit in July. However, he gave me a wrong quote since my insurance could only pay about 30% of the total cost. As a result, Dr. Eng's office asked me to pay more than $220 which I did not expect from my phone chat with Dr. Eng. Dr Eng took care of an emergency dental filling replacement for me on a Sunday. Came in when his office was closed and got me fixed up, even improved my bite on a different tooth. Went way way above and beyond what I would expect from any business let alone a dentist on a Sunday. Super nice guy and just first class. Highly Highly recommend!
