Amazing and friendly staff. They really care in how you feel and listen to what your concerns and goals are. Very flexible in your needs with easy and fast communication as well. I would recommend anyone who is wanting orthodontic treatment to come to Duan Orthodontics if you want great results and to feel at home in a judgement free zone. My daughter needed braces and we checked out a few places but this one felt right. The staff was friendly and the office was really clean, which matters to me. The orthodontist took time to explain everything and made sure my kid felt comfortable. They worked out a payment plan that wasn’t too crazy. I had a stellar experience at Duan orthodontics. I never had orthodontics as a kid, so getting invisalign as an adult I had a lot of questions and the team was very patient with me. They were communicative and use texts which makes things so easy. I'm a big baby about getting dental work done and they were very gentle. I'm moving out of state and they've given me clear and detailed instructions for next steps so we can coordinate to wrap up my treatment and make sure I have everything I need. Went for years as a kid, and when I had issues as an adult years later, they immediately remembered me, fit me in within the week, and helped me manage insurance to get the best possible affordable option for care. Couldn't recommend enough! The fish tank is also pretty neat.
