Great Canadian supplier for ADV moto equipment. After a recent purchase, I have to thank Clint for quickly resolving an issue with my initial order, and providing a very fast and fair solution. Will defently return to DualSport Plus in the future!
There's only one person there who seems somewhat knowledgeable in being able to help you, and if they aren't in good luck. You will need to keep calling to get any sort of resolution because staff members do not know how to forward an email. I wish that was an exaggeration, but is unfortunately true in trying to get help. That was the reason I got given for not hearing back sooner was because someone didn't forward multiple emails properly.
I bought an Enduristan handlebar bag (the one that bolts on the handlebar) online from these guys and I could be more satisfied. It was shipped fast and arrived in great condition as it should. It fits perfectly on my new Honda NT1100 manual transmission. It keeps my phone safe and dry (100% waterproof) while it is plugged into the bike for CarPlay. Good job. I’ll be back.
