went to my first class last week and loved it - the coaches are great, and the class was far more challenging than expected. will certainly be back.

Duality is simply incredible and has meant a lot to me over the past few years since I started going. Jen, Tim, and Nattiel have created a space and a community that has always been welcoming, positive, and safe in addition to being the 'hardest workout in Denver'. All of the coaches are phenomenal and bring the energy each and every class. A very sincere thank you to the team that has made Duality a special place that has given me so much.
Duality is all the hype! The owners build a sense of community like no other HIIT class groups in Denver. Love what they’re doing with West Colfax—-creating a wellness collective right where it’s needed. Their rooftop yoga classes are second to none. They interweave their love/calling for fostering doggies into every aspect of Duality. Truly a North Star place!
Overall the workout was great, I just didn’t feel a strong sense of community or empowerment with the other women or the coach as I have with other establishments that offer similar classes. Everyone was very standoffish. Also the music is just so bad..I know this might not be something that the coaches can fully control but it is really bad.
