Extremely disappointed with Mendy from Dual Restoration. He was rude, unprofessional, and clearly only interested in getting paid—not in actually providing any real service. Communication was terrible, and there was zero follow-through. Once the payment was discussed, all customer care went out the window. I would not recommend working with this company based on my experience.
