I engaged them for subdivision planning permit. They were nice to talk to, punctual until the application is submitted but extremely expensive and probably less genuine or less knowledgeable. I had to cough up 30k to get rejection just to realize that trees are a issue at the end. I first liaised with Denham at DSB around Aug 22, and officially engaged their services in Oct 22. From various quotes I received DSB was one of the most expensive but I selected them anyway as I was seeking an end to end design, approval, build provider, which they claimed themselves to be, and provided detailed scope of work and quotes end to end services. By Aug 23 after invested so much money with them, Michael said the scope of work document was a mistake, was not meant to send to me, they don't provide those services. ... read more
