Unreliable, incompetent and untrustworthy – Pool motor was making a loud noise. Called home warranty company (Am First). They called him. He called to schedule, couldn't make it, failed to reschedule. I called warranty co again, and eventually he made an appointment. Came on Monday, said motor bearings had failed and only solution is a replacement. Said he would come on Wednesday to replace. Failed to schedule. I called warranty company. Fast Service – I called Dual Divinity Aquatics around 4:00 PM Monday and they were out here before 6:00 PM that same day. I had another company out and they said that the main board needed to be replaced. When Kevin came out he looked at the heater and found a wire not connected. He connected it and the heater worked just fine. He also spent the time to show me how the controller works. He programmed the setting for the spa heater. I will use this company again.

Fast efficient service – I called about my pool pump this morning through my home warranty company( HWA )and Kevin was here to look at the problem by 12:00 today and had the new pump installed about an hour later. There are some good home warranty companies- Home Warranty of America and service providers- Dual Divinity Aquatics. I would definitely use them again.

He did it again – Kevin at dual divinity aquatics thru AHS came out today 6/22/2009 and inspected my pool pump equipment and found several leaks. He asked me if I had let the pool water get low I said never in 10 years. He then said give me my check I need to call AHS and see if this is covered. Not 20 minutes later I get a call from AHS that the problem is not covered because He Kevin said that the problem was because the pool equipment was run dry. AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT – Was sent out by American Home Shield (another organization that is HORRIBLE) to fix my pool timer. He saw a wire with tape on it and reported to AHS that there had been a previous improper repair, and my claim was denied. The ONLY people that ever worked on this pool in the last 6 years were AHS contractors, and they never said anything about this prior. The company that did repair it, Reeds Pools, were professional and timely and stated that the taped wire had nothing to do with the timer failure. T... read more

Worthless – Had to call and remind him to come and fix my problem over a month later. He diagnosed my problem and then never came back to fix it. Very unorganized and didn't seem that knowledgable about his products and pools, not to mention the half-ass job he did on my pool.

Avoid this Pool Company in Houston, Texas – Dual Divinity Aquatics is NOT RECOMMENDED! My home warranty company sent this company out to look at my polaris pump. Two weeks went by and Dual Divinity Aquatics NEVER called to set up an appointment. I am glad it is not summer time, because my pool would have been a mess! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! – I was reccommended this company by our home warranty company for a problem with my pool pump. I spoke with Kevin, he seemed highly disorganized but he set up an appointment for two days later, knowing my pool was not being circulated for this time.
