Thank you Dual Aire for coming to my rescue. My furnace quit working and I was worried that it wasn’t going to be fix due to the age of the unit. Blake was able to find the parts for my 18 year old unit and got my heat working before the bitter cold weather this weekend. Thank you Patty Flint and Blake for working so quickly to get my furnace working again. I highly recommend Dual Aire for any HVAC needs. Great customer service, reliable and affordable prices.
Miserable experience start to finish. DID NOT keep the appointment made near TWO WEEKS in advance. Informed them of my intention to relocate the thermostat and in turn, they cut the four feet of slack and stole the wire before giving me a $100 bill for ten minutes if work.. Don't let them in your house, you'll be sorry. Call somebody else.
