Really really disappointing experience this time. This was my second time here for waistbeads and the lack of respect for my time, and that I walked away with no waist beads was extremely disappointing. I had a payed appointment slot for 10:30am arrived on time and the storefront was closed but because I was really really excited to get refitted for new beads for this new season in my life I even got my husband to come with me. I visited yesterday to get a new waist bead and had a wonderful experience. The owner was so sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I chose one with an opal charm, it's said to promote emotional balance, protection, and transformation, which made it feel extra special. Highly recommend!
