While on a trip to visit relatives our 2018 GMC 2500 HD broke down in Mcgee, MS. This is a small town and I was afraid I wasn't going to find a company to repair the truck, much less find someone to tow it to a repair shop. 1000$ to drop a oil pan is unheard of. Never again. * EDITED review. I had no problems with communicating with the lady. She was nice. The diagnostic fee was only 75 to hook up the computer. Which was not done I know this because there is a eld connection on my truck that was never unhooked while it was there.
