Just Brilliant, have been joining in Antons ballroom dance fit classes past 4 weeks finally found my left & right feet plus rhythm in my hips his classes fun & booming, book on early his you wanna get on 1.
Anton is fantastic. He makes every session so much fun that the time flies by and, before you know it, you’ve burned up loads of calories, doubled your ‘steps’ for the day and come away exhilarated. So much fun and no pressure. He’s down to Earth and doesn’t make the sessions too serious. Love both the yoga and dance sessions with him. Can’t wait for the next session. Thanks Anton.
