This place is HORRIBLE! Do not, I repeat DO NOT use them for foundation services. When buying our home, we bought a lifetime warranty for future foundation repairs. When there came a time where we needed to use this warranty, we contacted DuWest just to find out that there San Antonio Office was sold and with that our warranty was null and void. Don't trust them! I used Du-West for Foundation repair work, and it has been nothing but trouble. The foreman was always in his truck reading a book and not supervising. I discovered that the piles were not being reinforced by rebar like they advertised when I was watching the workers, and I had to call the company to fix the problem. The workers also dumped a bunch of rocks on my lawn and didn't bother to clean them all up. The crew on site told me they would inspect the plumbing for leaks before and after the repairs. Nightmare working with this company for the last 15 years on our foundation. No one will return calls and getting them to come out to do work AGAIN for "guaranteed" work has been a headache. If we had not already paid for our foundation to be fixed, I would be going with a different company. Do not hire them, you have been warned.

DuWest has been an excellent contractor. Great communications, great service, and great follow up/ warranty work. I highly recommend.
