Michael W is the most knowledgeable tec that I have EVER talked too. He was very though with both my AC units, took his time making sure he didn't miss anything. I have NEVER had a company treat me so well before in my life. Treasure this guy before he becomes your competition! LOL excellent communication via text from the company as well.
