Lately my father has not had a good experience with this company. He had a heating/AC issue and was to have it and the plumbing of his home replaced. The owner was paid in full but only did have the work. My father's home still do not have plumbing or the AC unit installed (it is still in box waiting). Called about my furnace not working...they came 2 hours later and fixed it!! We need more businesses with this type of work ethic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and show up to solve problems. Highly recommended.

I called them once to come look at my HVAC system. They set up an appointment and came to look at it. They diagnosed the problem with what we thought was making it freeze up. The issue was that it continued to do this, so it was not fixed. When I called them to have them come back and fix it further, there was no response. I called the office number and also the cell phone number that he gave me on his business card.
