I can’t say enough good things about Marc and his team! The office is stunning - staff is so thorough, caring and supportive. As a woman I was having a really tough time after some awful medications destroyed my hair and made me lose a majority of it. They’re giving me hope again! Booked an appointment two weeks in advance and got a reminder email as well. Once we reached the place they informed us that the person we were gonna see is not available. You would think that you will get a call or email regarding cancellation but no. When talked with the receptionist, she refused to answer any questions. Wasn't even apologetic.
Just had a consultation with Marc & Reni. No pressure, and totally satisfied me to proceed forward with a new unit .
Waited for over an hour for an appointment I booked two weeks in advance only to find out it had been cancelled. After calling five times I finally got through to be told it was cancelled and was also told they forgot to contact me about the cancellation.
