Rip off shop. Took my stuff back there to have them fix something that they did wrong the first time. They charged me to re-fix something that they had done improperly the first time! Way to stand behind your work. If the part had failed I would have no gripe, but when you installed it half assed and charge me to make it right is bad business. You have lost a loyal customer and I will tell everyone that will listen about my experience here.
Got my crv in quickly and repair was very reasonable priced. Great service! Will be going back for my repairs and maintenance.
Sorry I must be the only one that had a horrible experience here. But here is my story. Took a Toyota Tacoma in for alternator. Mechanic "HACKED" off the skid plate so bad it couldn't be welded back on. Plus in no service manual says a skid plate removal is required to replace a alternator... establishment charged me over $700 dollars for this malpractice. Just saying an aluminum oil pan with no skid plate guarding it does not last long in Pennsylvania. A Toyota dealership wouldn't charge $700.... DO NOT GO HERE!!
These guys are good and very fair. They fit me in right away and were very thorough in explaining the repairs to me before they started them. There is a reason they are so busy, and thats because of the quality of service they provide.
Been coming here for many years. All the guys do great work. No complaints here, that's why I keep going to Dubois Auto.
