They were asked to provide a bid for replacing 2 window screens & repairing a patio door screen at my rental property through my rental management company. They went to the property & gave me a written estimate for $665.00 , part of which included a charge of $155.00 for measuring the windows & travel time. They took with them a window screen & rollers off a sliding door screen without permission. This was to be an estimate, they were not told they had the job. Bob was absolutely great! Best service provided! Would definitely recommend Bob to anyone! Imo was great as well finishing up the repair! I would recommend Bob & Imo to anyone!

They lack focus. They told me my project could be finished in three months and it took a year. The crew they recently had did not enjoy working and had bad customer service. When I brought issues up with the owner he promised me stuff that could never of happened. When told that he failed in his promises he yelled at me and hung up the phone. They have a really good plumber named Bob, but many of their other employees are incompetent.
