Du-All has the worst customer service! They’re arrogant, inconsiderate, uncooperative, and unresponsive. I paid them $700 upfront to replace a Home Depot/Glacier Bay toilet. All I’m asking of them is to provide me with the 20 digit barcode number that’s located on the Home Depot sales receipt, so that I’d get my limited lifetime warranty honored by Glacier Bay.
