They offer some incredible products and provide thoughtful recommendations based on your budget. Jason and John are both knowledgeable, accommodating and thorough.
Jason is really knowledgeable about home theater and acoustics questions. Top notch installers and great pricing on high end gear. Best place in Nebraska for you audio/visual needs by far, and I've looked.
They have over promised and under delivered at every step. We have been trying to resolve a simple matter for over 3 months and are no closer and more frustrated than ever. Communication has been abysmal. 1 star is too many.
We had DTX come install a new projector, speakers, screen, etc. They were knowledgable and professional. Aside from some supply chain issues that delayed our install, everything went smoothly. They gave us a great price on some real nice equipment. The install looks clean and professional. They are great guys.
