These guys are great; they know how to trouble shoot and have extensive knowledge about the latest and greatest in the industry. For my job we had to deal with existing equipment , but next time I will definitely consult with them before I purchase anything for my clients.
I got a few estimates from other installers of home theater equipment and immediately felt comfortable and confident that dtv was going to deliver first class service and equipment for a reasonable price. DTV Installations is one of the best A/V installation companies in New York that I have ever worked with. I own several properties and the companies that installed home theaters in them previously do not even compare to DTV. They recently completed a project for me with Samsung televisions and a Sonos 7.2 surround sound audio system. I am quite pleased with their professionalism. Their attention to detail when they cleaned up after the installation was spot on. Highly recommend this company.
My husband’s 40th birthday was coming up and I wanted to give him a special gift. DTV Installations made it all possible. Hubby loves to play interactive video games with our sons. It’s their bonding time. We have a nice area in our basement where they can really spread out. The problem is the wiring never quite worked right down there. DTV is thoroughly professional and know what they're doing. John was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and competent. John and his colleague mounted 55" television with bracket and sound board on the wall. They did it very professionally and in no time. They were quick and perfect. He made all the connections and hid the visible wires. No need to search around, DTV Installations will get the job done for a very reasonable price. Thumbs Up for the John and his team! Awesome!
I just moved into a new house and I wanted a home theater installed ASAP! The guy that my friends suggested was not available, so I sought out a service and found DTV. Can I say “Godsend”? Yes!
