The staff member that I spoke with as been very professional with a sweet & kind disposition. However, the Doctor does not care about the patients & their problems. It seems to be more of a job that he gets paid for & that is it. When asked to speak with a manager - well no reply from them either. Unfortunatley I have to start over again with another office for treatment. Be very careful before seeking help from this company. The only star for service is for the Administrative Assistant who answers the phone.
