Absolutely amazing customer service! Had an issue and they showed me and talked me through what the issue what and how to avoid it in the future.
They got me in as soon as they could ( same day ! , when it comes to audio dtsm is the spot . Best prices in town and the best quality. They’ve did Both of my vehicles I have no complaints
THEY DID AMAZINGG!!! I barely know anything about subwoofers I just knew that I wanted to be bumping and I had already been to a few other audio shops that didnt fit my budget so I gave Craig my budget and he gave me two different bass package options I ended up going with 2 10in concrete subs I’ve had them for about a week now and it sounds SOOOO GOOD!! They installed everything in 2.5 hours too. I couldnt recommend these guys more and I’m so happy w my purchase
