Great Customer Service is what Wally Moore at DTS InfoTech comes to mind. He is so down to earth and helpful with anything computer related. He doesn't make you feel stupid, when asking those easy questions and actually explains the computer in real life terms. If he doesn't know the answer he gets on the phone and calls he boss who does and works it out. They have responsible rates and a lot of times will walk you through the problem over the phone if it's simple. I highly recommend Wally and everyone at DTS!!
